Cherry Chase Elementary is famous for its volunteerism! Not only will you have a great time getting to know other parents as you work together on committees, but you will also be sending a clear message to your children that school is important.

You may download our Volunteer Hours Reporting Form to report your annual volunteer hours. We also have a Volunteer Hours Calculator (an Excel spreadsheet) that will automatically calculate your volunteer hours (you will need to enter totals for each category). 

If you would like to volunteer your time on one or more committees listed below, please print this page and mark an "X" next to those committees and return this form to your child's teacher or the school office by the end of September. You can contact committee heads using the phone numbers in the Cherry Chase Directory (which will be distributed in the fall, or look at last year's copy in the office). Please note that we have deliberately left off telephone numbers and email addresses from this web site so that we can respect each family's right to privacy (and avoid lots of spam!).

Please download our Committee Evaluation Form to report on the status of your committee's work this year (completed forms should be turned into the Volunteer Coordinator's box in the office).
