Third Grade This is my 15th year teaching. Prior to coming to Cherry Chase I taught First grade at Fairwood School here in Sunnyvale for 9 years. While at Fairwood I was actively involved as Technology Partner and received the National Semiconductor Internet Innovator Award. Before moving to Sunnyvale I taught First Grade in the town I was born and raised in, Kingsburg California. In fact I taught in the same school and classroom that I was in as a child! Besides teaching I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children ages 7 and 2.5 years old. As a family we have had the opportunity to travel and live in Ireland for 3 months. We love going to the beach, the zoo and reading books.
