I grew up in Milpitas with my family and later attended San Jose City College where I played on the softball team. I then went to Chico State to play softball and received a degree in Recreation Administration.

I started teaching in Milpitas in 1998. I came to Sunnyvale School District last year and taught at four schools with two other teachers. This year, I was lucky to be placed at Cherry Chase. I love calling Cherry Chase my school!

In my free time, I enjoy hanging out at the beach, playing frisbee, and boogie boarding.
