*Please remember that library books are due back to school every Monday.

*There is no school on Tuesday, November 11th.  It is Veteran's Day.  Enjoy the day off!

 *Our first field trip is on Wednesday, November 12th to the Palo Alto Baylands.  We will be leaving school at approximately 8:30 and returning to school around 12:30.  Please be sure that your child arrives on time.  A few things to remember:

-A bag lunch is required for every student.  A snack is not necessary.  I will be providing one for all of the students.

-Please prepare for the weather.  It isn't supposed to rain that day, but the morning will probably be chilly.  Please dress your child in layers, since it might warm up later in the day.  Also, send your child to school in clothes and shoes that can get muddy and dirty.  Sturdy shoes are required.

-If your child requires a booster seat for the car ride, please try to get it to the classroom before the bell rings.  You can leave the labeled booster seat outside of the classroom against the wall.
