Mrs. Gwendolyn Gibson

Hello!

I'd like to introduce myself to all of the parents whose children I will be teaching this year. My name is Mrs. Gwendolyn Gibson and I am starting off the 2007-2008 school year as a 3rd grade teacher at Cherry Chase School. I have successfully taught elementary education in the Sunnyvale School District for 35 years. This is my first year teaching at the primary level. I am a native Californian (born and raised in San Diego) who happily resides in San Jose.

My hobbies include quilting, sewing, crafts, gardening and reading. I consider myself to be a very friendly individual with a solid Christian foundation. I take pride in being an astute and caring listener who welcomes parents to effectively communicate with me to ensure the academic and social success of the students in my class.
