Kindergarten

I remember playing teacher as a kindergartener. Both my parents are pioneers in Public education and almost all my uncles and aunts are teachers, including my grand parents. I could not imagine doing anything else but teaching. After completing my BA I went on to pursue my Masters in Elementary Education from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. I started out teaching in 1999; after having my daughter, I briefly stayed home. I taught First Grade in Connecticut before moving to the Bay area. This is my fifth year at Cherry Chase. This is a great school and we love to thrive here.

I live with my husband and our only daughter who is in Fourth Grade. When I am not teaching I love to spend time with my family, travel, cook, dance and enjoy nature.
