Professional: 

I enrolled at the University of Pacific in Stockton California in fall 2003, where I earned my Bachelors Degree. I majored in education and received my teaching credential through Pacific’s program. I student taught in a 3^rd and 6^th grade classroom. I stayed an additional year at Pacific where I did my graduate work. I have a Masters of Education, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction. 

This is my third year of teaching!! I successfully completed my second year of teaching at Cherry Chase. I had the opportunity to teach fourth grade to a fabulous group of students last year. I learned a great deal from students and parents and made many educational memories.  It was an awesome experience to be part of such a wonderful learning community. I am looking forward to another great year of learning at Cherry Chase. J  

Personal:       

I was born in Mountain View and lived in Sunnyvale for three years; I moved to the Central Valley. I grew up in the town of Manteca. I have one younger sister, who graduated from UC Davis last spring and is now studying to get her Masters at UOP. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. I am an avid sports fan and enjoy watching games on TV and in person. The Oakland A's are my favorite baseball team and the Raiders are my football team. Summer is my favorite season, and you can find me camping, boating, or riding my bike during these months. I enjoy traveling, going to the beach and shopping.
